My name is Skye, and I am a licensed cosmetologist with a professional focus on vivid hair color and lash enhancements. I am committed to delivering high-quality, customized beauty services in a welcoming, detail-oriented environment. I received my formal training at Randolph Community College, where I completed the cosmetology program with an emphasis on advanced color techniques and precision-based application. Prior to entering the beauty industry, I spent seven years as a Certified Nursing Assistant, which deeply shaped my approach to client care—grounded in empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail. My work is driven by a balance of creativity and technical excellence. I specialize in bold, dimensional color and lash extensions that enhance each client’s unique features. CANCELLATION POLICY

Salon Policies Please review the following policies before booking your appointment. ________________________________________ No vulgar language, aggressive behavior, discriminatory comments, yelling, or disruptive conduct will be tolerated. Clients may be asked to leave if behavior is deemed inappropriate. The stylist is not responsible for damage to clothing, jewelry, or any other personal belongings. Please dress accordingly for chemical or color services. All payments must be made in full upon completion of the service. The stylist reserves the right to request full or partial payment prior to beginning the service. If a client needs to leave the salon to retrieve payment (e.g., visit an ATM), a valid ID or phone must be left with the stylist until payment is returned. Clients who leave without paying will be considered in violation of theft laws, and legal action will be taken. The stylist reserves the right to refuse service for any reason. At this time, I do not provide hair services for children under the age of 10. Haircuts for clients ages 10 and up are priced the same as adult haircuts. Final results may vary from inspiration photos or expectations due to hair texture, condition, and other factors. Medications, pregnancy, and medical treatments can impact the outcome of a chemical service. Please consult your medical provider before booking any service involving chemicals. Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required to book select services. This deposit will be applied toward the final cost. Failure to provide notice of cancellation within the required time will result in loss of deposit. Sanitation & Health: For the health and safety of all clients, please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell, have a contagious condition, or have recently been ill. Clients who appear visibly sick may be asked to reschedule. Photo Consent: The stylist may ask to take before and after photos of your hair for portfolio or promotional use. You are welcome to decline if you are not comfortable with your image being used. Refund Policy All services are non-refundable. If you are unhappy with your results, you must contact the stylist within 72 hours of your original appointment. If contacted within this timeframe, the stylist will gladly schedule a one-time adjustment at no additional cost. If you reach out after 72 hours, a fee will be charged to cover the cost of products used. Any adjustments must be scheduled and completed within 7 days of the original appointment. ________________________________________ Cancellation Policy A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 25% of the scheduled service cost. • No-shows will be charged 75% of the scheduled service cost. • Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may require a deposit to secure future bookings, and in some cases, the stylist may choose to decline future appointment requests from the client. I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If something comes up, please reach out as soon as possible. I appreciate open communication and will always do my best to work with you. ________________________________________ Late Arrival Policy Clients are given a 15-minute grace period to arrive for their appointment. • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may not be able to complete your service, and you may be asked to reschedule. • In this case, a 50% late cancellation fee will be applied. ________________________________________ Thank you for respecting my time, schedule, and the care I put into every service.
